Ken Simon, President/Broker
Ken Simon brings 40 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate business to KFS Properties, Inc. Ken received an MBA from the University of Southern California after receiving a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Upon receiving his MBA, Ken worked with the Seeley Company as a Real Estate Salesman for four years, and continued this course with Midland Business Properties. In 1998, Ken became a partner in Black-Simon Investments, a real estate investment firm. In 1991 Ken formed KFS Properties, Inc., a full service real estate brokerage and management company dedicated to meeting the needs of businesses and investors.
